FAQ's

All of our appointments MUST be made online.  You can do this by selecting any of our services or click on the “Book Appointment” button at the top of our website.  No appointments will be made over the phone, through social media or email.

Shop 2, 1438 Anzac Avenue, Kallangur.  We have ample parking, and we are located near Jetts Gym.  Entry to carpark is via Anzac Avenue.

We do offer a range of availability options but if you still can’t find anything, please get into contact with us and we will endeavour to work with you.

YES. All of our appointments require a small non-fundable booking fee which comes off the cost of your appointment.  

All changes can be made online using the confirmation email you receive when making your initial appointment.  Make sure you check your junk email for your confirmation.

Yes. Afterpay is available in store only.

Unfortunately no, we are by appointment only

As our salon has limited space and seating and we can get fairly busy so we would prefer that you don’t bring anyone else.  If you do need to, we ask that you limit it to one person (including children) and they are occupied and not disruptive.

Bookings

All bookings MUST be made online.  We do not take bookings via phone, email or social media. We are very strict on this. You can book online by clicking on any of our services or the “Book Appointment” button at the top of the page. You will be directed to our online booking system with all our current availability.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, NO EARLIER. If you arrive before that without previous discussion with us, please wait in your car.

If you are running late, please let us know. During busy times our appointments can run back to back. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited.

We offer repairs and fix ups. We do NOT give refunds.

Please refrain from bringing anyone to your appointment. Our salon isn’t very big and cannot cater to more than our clientele.

For the remaining amount of your appointment we accept cash, card and Afterpay.

Deposits

On booking we take a small NON-REFUNDABLE fee that comes off the total amount of your appointment. 

No Shows / Cancellations

We have a ZERO tolerance policy on no shows and cancellations. Every client gets numerous reminder messages via email and text. If you need to reschedule, please do so via your confirmation email within the timeframe. No shows and cancellations will result in all monies paid being forfeited by the client.

Beauty appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cosmetic Tattooing appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Tan appointments can be rescheduled up to 5 hours prior to your appointment.

Frequent no shows will be blocked from booking again.
